Pam SeidenmanDevelopment Director, Berkeley

Pam Seidenman has devoted her career to helping innovative organizations succeed by connecting them with the resources to grow. At CPL, Pam leads all development activities.
Prior to joining CPL, Pam was the Director of Public-Private Partnerships at AMS, a pioneering clean energy startup. At AMS, Pam led strategy and execution of government funded opportunities, including oversight of $10M in grant funded projects. Prior to AMS, she led a team of marketing and business development professionals at Berkeley Lab where she developed relationships with industry, venture capital, and entrepreneurs to promote collaboration between university researchers and industry.
Pam also founded a company, Zero Gravity, that designed and sold outdoor gear for women. She studied organizational innovation at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and holds a MA in Geography from Cambridge University and a BA in Cross-Cultural Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys backpacking, gardening, concert photography, jam bands, and almost anything outdoors with friends and her dog.
