Nefara is a Criminal Justice Research Fellow at the California Policy Lab and PhD student in Sociology and Social Policy at Harvard. She conducts technical assistance and data analysis as part of the California Policy Lab’s work with the Committee on the Revision of the Penal Code (CRPC). Nefara holds an MPP from the Goldman School of Public Policy, an AM in Sociology from Harvard University, and a BA in History from UCLA.
