Kelle Taylor is a Program Manager with the California Policy Lab at UCLA. In her role, Kelle manages human resources, purchasing and procurement, and provides general operations support. She works closely with her colleagues at both sites as well as internal departments, outside partners and vendors. She manages lab events and schedules and spends much of her time navigating a wide variety of University platforms. She also serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Lab’s Faculty and Executive Directors. Kelle is a motivated problem solver who enjoys optimizing and accelerating positive outcomes related to the growth and success of CPL daily.

Kelle began her career at UCLA in 2007 and has had six different roles at three different research units within the University: the UCLA Family Commons, UCLA’s Global Center for Children and Families, and CPL where she was one of the original five employees.

Kelle is a graduate of UCLA and has two daughters. Her eldest recently graduated from UC Berkeley and her youngest currently attends UC Santa Barbara.

In addition to her work at CPL and her family, Kelle has been an Elite Masters competitive runner with numerous podium finishes including several USA Track and Field National Championships earned over the past 18 years. She is a proud member of the Janes, an all-female Nike and Tracksmith sponsored running team comprised of post collegiate runners and inspiring working women and mothers who compete and regularly win elite running events nationally and globally. Kelle is also a dedicated yogi who has been practicing for 19 years.
